Not only do our attorneys regularly attend continuing legal education seminars in our areas of practice, they have also been featured as guest speakers at seminars and they have authored articles within their areas of expertise. Bobby Jones has been a guest speaker at seminars hosted by the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association. In addition to other areas, he has spoken on topics of “Maximizing Recovery Through Non-Traditional Damage Evidence and Witnesses” and he authored an article for the Georgia Bar Journal regarding “Police Officers as Experts”. Julian “Butch” Smith has been a guest speaker for seminars hosted by the Georgia Trial Lawyer’s Association and the Institute of Continuing Legal Education. Butch has spoken on a number of issues including “Damages in Trucking Cases” and “Discovery in Injury and Death Cases”.
